MVRG Sexual Conduct Policy |

It is the policy of ManchVegas Roller Girls (MVRG) that sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, or harassment in any form will not be tolerated. Sexual misconduct, sexual harassment and harassment include: unwelcome sexual advances (verbal, written or implied), requests for sexual favors, suggestive talk, name calling, discriminatory or derogatory remarks, and other verbal, written or implied abuse of any sexual or other nature. The guidelines contained within this page will be fully enforced by the site administration or any site moderator associated with MVRG. Any violation or bending of these rules is grounds for immediate termination from the MVRG community and all related MVRG sites. MVRG has a zero tolerance policy in respect to harassment of any kind.
The primary goal of this community is support women and the empowerment of women and roller derby, then information, assistance and so on. What this community IS NOT about is dating or matchmaking. Most of the MVRG members are involved in some sort of relationship.
MVRG is a community that is focused on support. Many of our members have worked together, and supported each other through very hard times. Many close personal relationships have developed through an association at MVRG. MVRG acknowledges and accepts these relationships where the intent was not to intercept, or destroy an existing relationship between two people. Caution and judgment must be exercised here.
Behavior that is NOT acceptable and may result in termination of your MVRG account: - Contacting a MVRG member via email or Private Message offering your age, sex, location (a/s/l) etc. - Soliciting MVRG members or making inquiries about them via MVRG’s Private Message system or email. - Stalking a MVRG member while online at MVRG - Following the member from thread to thread & post to post. - Making any posts or comments that are explicit or implied of a sexual nature or connotation. - Making any posts or comments that are explicit or implied, that are abusive, derogatory, discriminatory, or otherwise of a harassing nature or connotation. - Posting of sexually explicit materials on the MVRG site is not permitted. Any MVRG member who feels that he/she is a victim of sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, or harassment of any kind should immediately bring the matter to the attention of the MVRG Site Administrator or a MVRG Moderator. Please do not take the issue to the open forums of MVRG. MVRG will immediately investigate all allegations of harassment in a confidential manner and take appropriate corrective action if warranted. Please assist us in keeping MVRG a safe and secure community for our members.
