I hope you are all looking forward to moving indoors for the fall and winter. We will be covering many different areas of skating, rules training, upper body strength training, skate maintenance, equipment choices, etc. Coach is working on the schedule for all of these areas as they will require a good block of time to discuss.
We have many new nuggets on board and we still have 2 more recruitments planned over the next 60 days. Please do everything you can to make them feel welcome. I am excited that so many of you have already made significant progess in such a short time. Everyone has improved over the summer and we will continue to skate outdoors every Saturday (maybe one additional day)until we no longer get decent weather.
I will see all of you tomorrow at 8:00PM sharp. Remember to bring water with you and we will go over stretching exercises for all of you that are not currently making use of them after practice.
